Audition – Seussical Jr.
Join in the fun with this musical experience! Lynn Ahrens and
Stephen Flaherty have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite
Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz,
Lazy Mayzie, and all of the Whos of Whoville! The score emerges as a
Seussian Gumbo of musical styles, ranging from Latin to pop, swing
to gospel, and R&B, to funk! So let your toes tap, your fingers
snap, and you’re imagination run wild for “Oh, the thinks you can
think, When you think about Seuss!” Rehearsals are Tue and Thu
4:30-7pm and Sat 10am-1pm

Audition - Grease
This is the 1950’s rock ‘n’ roll musical. Rydell High’s spirited
class of ‘59: gum chewing, hubcap stealing, hot rod loving boys with
D.A.’s and their wise cracking girls in bobby sox and pedal pushers
capture the look and sound of the 1950s in a rollicking musical.
While hip Danny Zuko and wholesome Sandy Dumbrowski resolve the
problems of their mutual attraction, the gang sings and dances its
way through such nostalgic scenes as the pajama party, the prom, the
burger palace, and the drive in movie.

Essential Elements of Theatre
Novi Theatres is proud to introduce a new comprehensive theatre
curriculum, designed to give your actor a complete, well-rounded
acting education. We have combined three essential elements of
theatre: scene study, characterization and improvisation, to build
your child’s acting skills and abilities. The classes will be split
into trimesters, each trimester focusing on an essential element.
All three age groups will learn scene study in the fall,
characterization in the winter, and improvisation in the spring.
Your child can take all three focuses, or pick which ones excite
them.
Characterization Classes
Let your children escape to new places as they become new
characters. They will learn how to create and expand on characters
using analytical and creative skills, while using vocal and physical
techniques to get inside the world of their character. Your children
will shine in these classes and grow as actors.
